PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Before the Town of Wheaton Town Board

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Wheaton Town Hall, 4975 County Highway T, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729, the Town of Wheaton Town Board will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering amendments to Chapter 11 – Subdivision Control Ordinance as follows:

The proposed amendments result in modifications to the ordinance text which address various requirements of WI Act 68, including changes to:

Section 11.04 Purpose

Section 11.16 Subdivision (for Pre-Submission Concept Plats)

Section 11.20 Plat Requirement Checklist

Section 11.38 Building Permits

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to appear in person or by agent and be heard.
