Notice is hereby given by the Town of Wheaton (the Owner), Chippewa County, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for Crack Sealing and Chip Sealing as listed in this request until 7:00 PM local time on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 in the Town Hall located at:

Town of Wheaton

4975 County Road T

Chippewa Falls, WI 54729.

A list of the roads and the specifications can be obtained from the Town of Wheaton by contacting the Town Chair via email at [email protected] or from the Town Clerk via email at [email protected].  Documents will also be available at the town shop by calling Lenny at 715-874-5382 to set up a time to meet there.  The documents will be available beginning Monday, April 21, 2025.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM. 

Discussion and decisions on award will be made at the Town Board meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 8:00 PM. 

The Town of Wheaton reserves the right to waive any informality or to accept or reject any bids for the benefit of the Town.  No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the date of the bid award.
